Virtual Administrator – Part time - Fully remote.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday - Flexible around 1 hour per day
Client Details:
I am a special needs consultant and currently work within two main fields: expert witness litigation reports for the High Court and ‘treating’ and installation work through my own company Lewis Support Ltd.
Job Role:
The main duties of the Administrator are:
- Answering emails
- Checking diary for availability to attend assessments, meetings and court.
- Arranging appointments either online via Zoom or in person
- Adding and updating diary entries
- Updating spreadsheets, databases and systems
- Invoicing and reconciling payments
- Liaising with customers and legal representatives.
- Prepping reports
- Filing information
- Travel arrangements where required.
- Other administrative tasks.
This is an autonomous role, so the ideal candidate must be able to work independently.
Person Specification:
The ideal Administrator MUST:
- Have recent and similar experience in an Administrative based role.
- Have experience working remotely.
- Have experience with MS Office, online systems and databases.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting systems - beneficial but not essential.
- Access to their own computer and internet connection.
- Sign a non-disclosure document to protect client privacy.
