An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Executive in our Marketing Team, at Salon Success based in Aylesbury. This role will be office based 5 days per week, with the possibility for hybrid working.
The Role …
Working as part of the busy Marketing team, this role includes working on product launches, promotions, support materials and activities for a variety of brands, to deadline and to budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Brand & Campaign Proposition Manager in planning and executing product launches, driving activity for a successful launch
- Own the selection, creation and planning of content for social media across all channels
- Marketing management of loyalty programmes
- Ongoing Marketing support for key account customers and eCommerce retailers, supporting joint business plans
- Monitor competitor activity and tracking from an omnichannel perspective
- Create accurate and well designed presentations for internal and external use
About you …
- Previous experience in a Marketing role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Attention to detail and excellent multitasking skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and take initiative
- Great team player
- This role will suit a creative thinker with the ability to multitask and focus on achieving things efficiently, effectively and to deadline
- Interest in the hair and beauty industry is a must
