Job description
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team. This position will be a key contributor to coordinating and executing campaigns across the UK and Ireland.
This position requires a person who can roll up their sleeves and make things happen; is analytical; with fantastic communication skills and has excellent time management; is detail-oriented; has strong problem-solving and have a solid understanding of marketing techniques with a keen interest in providing a consistent brand voice across all marketing activities.
The candidate will plan the investment of the marketing budget and its allocation to relevant the UK & Ireland. He/she will coordinate actions with different departments such as Sales, Revenue, Legal, Finance, Design, and externally with our partners and/or marketing agencies
Responsibilities
- Plan and develop omnichannel marketing strategies and execute promotional campaigns for customers (B2C) agents and partners (B2B) across the UK and Ireland.
- Implement marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts
- Identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
- Improve and leverage digital campaigns for the physical channels.
- Collaborate with the Sales team, partners, and vendors. Work closely with the EU Marketing Manager.
- Manage contractors and promotional vendors.
- Manage Marketing budget by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Evaluating and calculating the ROI of the marketing campaigns where applicable.
- Ensure that all Marketing campaigns and initiatives follow the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulation and be responsible for the Financial Promotion Policy’s process.
- Participate in industry related events.
- Manage the legal communication and marketing T&Cs process.
- Responsible for one direct report.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in Marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once, making sure to meet quality, resources, and time constraints.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze data and find actionable insights to leverage Sales
- Ability to lead and motivate people.
- Exceptionally strong skills with Microsoft Office (mainly Microsoft Excel)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- English fluency is mandatory, a second language will be valued.
- Previous experience in financial services will be valued.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £32,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
