Job description
Gardener, property maintenance and handyman needed.
Weekly pay plus ACCOMMODATION of charming furnished one bed cottage with all mod cons. All bills paid including internet, electricity, water, council tax, firewood. Free use of car with insurance etc.
These are the main responsibilities:
GARDENING, PROPERTY MAINTENANCE, CARING FOR ANIMALS + PETS, SOME DRIVING
Duties include feeding and walking 1 Bassett hound and 1 white retriever once (occasionally twice) a day; feeding, watering, cleaning and locking up chickens and foul nightly.
2 acre property with a few formal yew hedges, flower beds, rose garden and large lawn. Swimming pool and tennis court all require maintenance. Keeping property clean and tidy. Watering, hedging, edging, seeding, planting etc for vegetable garden, roses, flower beds, lawn.
This is a role that will be living closely and with a busy and vibrant family.
5 bed house. 3 young children. Toys, wheels and bits and bobs around the place to collect!
Other duties include driving to station (4 minutes away) in morning, fixing around property, DIY in house - toys, lamps, bulbs, door handles, toilets etc
