Job description
Plantation Shutters Ltd is the longest established and one of the most respected shutter companies in the UK. We are always looking for enthusiastic individuals that can make a difference to our company and help us keep growing and evolving.
This is a role that requires a determined target driven approach who will implement the long term marketing strategy to meet our objectives and targets in conjunction with the sales and business development team. It will involve maintaining the marketing mix, website usability and optimisation, and report marketing results to the senior management team.
Responsibilities
- Implement the marketing strategy to drive both engagement and growth
- Create reports, and other data visualizations to communicate insights to the rest of the team
- Keep website content up to date
- Analyse website site health reports to improve navigation, user experience, and identity areas of improvement
- Implement effective SEO practices to improve website rankings
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to meet company targets
- Manage all company’s newsletters delivery (updates, offers, reviews reminder, etc)
- Manage all company’s marketing literature creation (brochures, materials specs, leaflets, etc)
- Work with the business development and sales team to develop a clearer understanding of our audience needs
- Drive the company's growth by continuously finding new opportunities to scale the brand further. This includes exploring new channels, testing new strategies, and analysing data to identify areas for improvement
Experience and skills
- Experience in Website management
- Experience in working with WordPress and Drupal
- Good knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experience in using Google Analytics (GA4), Google AdWords and PageSpeed Insights
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Good knowledge of SEO, and its role in driving organic traffic
- Experience in using Mailchimp and SEMrush
- Experience in managing 3rd party suppliers

This is a full-time role, and the working hours are Mon to Fri - 8:30am to 5.30pm.
20 days holiday + bank holidays.

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
