Marketing Executive
Working closely with the wider O’Neills Team, we are seeking an ambitious Marketing Executive to assist in communicating to our audience through various social channels, overseeing media sponsorships and leading the day-to-day administration of marketing for the O’Neills UK team.

Responsible for:
Social Media
- Collaborating with senior management in conception, development and execution of social strategies
- Creating and posting social media communications / campaigns across our Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and TikTok
- Building social media followers across all platforms and engaging with customers via official company social media accounts
Communications and Public Relations
- Supporting the design, development and execution of internal and external marketing communications
- Drafting press releases
- Dealing with various media outlets
Sponsorships
- Playing a key role in managing major company sponsorship campaigns from concept through to activation
- Managing any on-site press shoots from pre-shoot planning (researching venues, people coordination) and on-the-day management (coordinating logistics, equipment, etc) to post-shoot logistics.
Product Launches
- Coordinating internally in preparation for major product launches
- Organising logistics around external photo shoots, communications, sharing of assets etc.
Ideation
- Assisting in the creation of marketing concepts for business channels across the UK
- Maintaining awareness of current market trends
Administration:
- Responsible for the day-to-day administration of the UK Marketing Department.
Skills & Experience:
- Marketing (or related discipline) degree-level qualification
- 1-2 years relevant experience
- Strong working knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Twitter)
- Understanding of current marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier Pro) or equivalent digital media editing tools is a plus but not a requirement

Location:
We are happy to be able to facilitate both remote working and working in the office. This will be a Nationwide role – remote working will be the norm but visits to the offices, in Somerset and Lancashire, will be required at points throughout the year.
