The blenheim hotel is a small business in Berwick-Upon-Tweed. We are professional, agile, and our goal is to Provide a family and friendly environment .
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience mixing drinks, enjoys working in a busy bar environment and is capable of taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively. A successful candidate will have restaurant industry experience, a passion for mixology, and strong customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and answer their questions in a friendly manner.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Check identification of customers to ensure they are of legal age to consume alcohol.
- Ensure that all customers are served promptly and courteously.
- Keep track of customer tabs and collect payment when necessary.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week
Schedule:
- Weekends only
