We are looking for a driven, creative and friendly Marketing Executive to join the team at The London EDITION hotel.

As a Marketing Executive you will:

• Support the Marketing & Communications Manager, Director of Sales & Marketing, Director of Culture & Entertainment and Social & PR teams with data, analytics, budget support and administration.
• Create and develop copy and content across all media channels whilst adhering to and understanding the importance of brand standards.
• Report and support analysis for the marketing monthly and quarterly reports.
• Liaise between departments, embracing hotel brand and culture and become a brand voice for the property internally.
• Support collateral creation for hotel and outlets such as menus, in-room messaging and online and website updates by utilising brand templates.
• Manage on and off-site photoshoots and content creation, preparing shot lists and schedules and keeping within timeframes.
• Support with finance, department expenses and updating allocated budget spends.
• Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
• Perform general office duties to support Marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, faxing).

Our most successful Marketing Executive is someone who has:

• A working knowledge of social media – especially Instagram and Facebook
• A prior knowledge or experience of creative suite software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• A keen interest in the marketing and overall business of the hospitality industry.
• Some prior experience within a similar role within a Sales & Marketing office (desirable)
• A can-do attitude, enthusiasm to take on new projects and the flexibility to adapt to a 24hr operation when needed.
• Strong communication skills across all media inc. copywriting, emails, phone.
• an out-going personality and feels comfortable meeting new people, presenting, and talking in front of others.
• A strong attention to detail and pride in self-work and self-worth – does not settle for anything less the best.
