The role
We are currently looking to recruit a Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team.
Through a combination of new developments and acquisitions, our portfolio is growing – as is the demand for older people’s housing.
Which is why we are on the lookout for a creative Marketing Executive who can help raise awareness of our brand not just with potential residents, but also stakeholders who are looking for partnerships.
Working as part of the wider Marketing and Communications Team, we need someone with who can showcase the wonderful opportunities our Extra Care and Retirement Living schemes offer for older people of modest means.
Whether it’s promoting new or existing housing opportunities to potential residents, producing material to support with new developments or acquisitions or managing engagement statistics, you will be at the heart of it all.
You will work across print and digital platforms, producing traditional print material such as brochures and flyers to complement online assets including social media assets and web content. Together, this will all be used to further enhance our brand and build upon the strong reputation that puts us at the forefront of the sector.
If you are super organised and can combine targeted plans with creative flair, then we want to hear from you.
While the role is home based the successful candidate will be required to attend team meetings at our head office in Birmingham as required.
