As part of our growth plans, we have an exciting opportunity available for a dynamic and forward-thinking sales and marketing professional to join us as our Marketing Executive.

In this newly created role, the Marketing Executive will be reporting to the Head of Business Development and will be responsible for developing and supporting with implementing strategic marketing plans across all channels by focusing on brand, social media, creating and curating content.

The Marketing Executive will play a fundamental role in raising the profile of our brand; of our care homes in the local community through community engagement, local marketing and effective business development activity to assist with increasing occupancy numbers for our care homes.

What you’ll be doing:

Some of the things you'll do in the role include:

  • Manage sales enquiries to maximise sales and occupancy of the care home.
  • Support the management of and optimize digital marketing channels, such as websites, social media, email marketing, and search engine optimisation (SEO).
  • Support the development of the marketing strategy to support the Group Sales Team.
  • Developing strong relationships with business stakeholders and strategic partners to improve business performance.
  • Plan and oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including advertising materials, sales presentations, and promotional campaigns.
  • Deal with all relevant admin such as effective budgetary controls and preparation of sales management reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customised solutions and will lead the development of marketing materials and campaigns.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a marketing / social media role, preferably within health and social care.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools.
  • Graphic design skills with a strong eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Engaging stakeholder relationship skills
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams to support project delivery.
  • Be decisive, self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and adaptable.
