We provide services and resources to schools. FFT Aspire is used by thousands of schools, LAs, MATs and chains in England and Wales and across 40 countries around the world. Teachers use the analysis we provide to inform the setting of ambitious and aspirational targets for students - and our analysis of pupil results and pupil progress provides school leaders with insightful data to support school improvement and self-evaluation.
In addition, we also provide a range of proven curriculum and literacy intervention programmes for schools from nursery through to Key Stage 3. These include a popular reading phonics programme validated by the Department for Education (DfE) and a leading primary literacy tutoring programme.
As a Marketing Executive, youll work with the Marketing Manager to develop and deliver marketing campaigns throughout the customer journey. Your workload will be varied: from writing email campaigns to running advertising campaigns - it's a fast-paced role which often requires you to work independently. You'll make decisions based on insight but have the creative ability to translate data into compelling collateral.
The role
- Help devise and deliver innovative marketing campaigns
- Communicate effectively with target audiences
- Create digital content, including emails, web, case studies, videos and blog posts

Write clear, factual material and persuasive marketing copy, and proofread copy for both online and print campaign

Maintain and develop FFTs social media channels (e.g. Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement and conversion

Analyse, monitor and track marketing campaign data

Work with CRM (salesforce) data to target customers, set-up automated routines and improve the effectiveness of campaigns

Essential experience

Digital marketing experience (minimum 1 year)
