About the role:
Marketing Executive with the ‘X Factor’
We need a standout Marketing Executive to help make our Marketing Team even more amazing.
This is an exciting role, promising great variety as you work across all B2C marketing. You’ll focus on delivering marketing campaigns aimed at brand positioning and awareness, lead generation and nurture, web site development, recruitment, collateral and content curation/creation. You won’t get bored.
You will be developing and executing B2C marketing campaigns with the UK Marketing Manager and the wider team, working closely with subject matter experts and playing a key role in supporting the delivery of the marketing strategy.
Of course, you’re already an excellent communicator with stakeholder management experience. Here’s where you will develop your skills and knowledge while building working relationships with multiple stakeholders and ensuring their needs are met.
You’ve gained strong commercial knowledge and use that understanding and experience in the use of analytical tools and techniques. You’re confident when presenting campaign plans and outcomes to demonstrate ROI.
Duties and responsibilities:
This is a role where you’ll be taking ownership and exercising control.
You’ll be managing campaigns from end to end, working collaboratively with global creative specialists. Together you’ll ensure that the content and strategy reflect the brand image of FDM and generates results as determined by the Directors and key internal stakeholders.
- Developing marketing campaigns for graduates, ex -forces and returners programme, linking this into the overall marketing strategy and regional marketing plans
- Responsibility for competitor analysis, audience analysis and campaign analysis
- Assisting in the development of strategy
- Assisting and creating copy briefs, creative briefs, photography, and project briefs, under the guidance of the Marketing Manager
- Developing implementation plans and campaigns for marketing and social media, using strategies developed by the manager
- Using tools for monitoring and analysing market trends in campaigns
- Utilising analytics and data to create evaluation reports for Management
- Working with global creative specialists and internal stakeholders to ensure that marketing campaigns are delivered on time and to scope
- Ensuring standard operating procedures are followed
- Keeping campaign portfolios up to date
- Supporting the Marketing Manager to ensure budgets are met
What we are looking for:
- Marketing qualification (desirable) and demonstrable experience (2 years plus) in a marketing role
- Experience in lead generation and nurture campaigns and events
- Understanding of different marketing channels (email, social, paid etc.) and how they can be leveraged in a B2C (or lead gen) campaign
- Previous involvement in supporting or developing marketing plans and strategies
- Experience in analytical tools such as Google Analytics
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills
- Experience using marketing automation software and CRM systems
- Can demonstrate end-to-end campaign planning and project management
- Must have the right to work in the UK
