BRAND DELIVER

• To ensure that as an employee you reflect the core values of the brand and that the brand proposition is delivered as conceived, providing a clear point of difference that is bespoken to each local market.
• To continually develop and enhance the retail offer through presentation and maintenance of core standard and guidelines as prescribed by your manager.
• To develop and deliver a clear understanding of product knowledge to all customers and communicate with team members / management if you require support to ensure you are able to work to the highest standard.

SALES PERFORMANCE

• To actively drive sales performance in relation to your daily sales targets ensuring growth is maintained and that sales targets are met.
• To appraise and summarise sales patterns and to liaise with management ensuring that the optimum stock package is delivered to our clients.
• To offer exceptional customer service and ensure that the store delivers an excellent shopping experience at all times.

STORE OPERATIONS

• The effective time management of self, being punctual to remain on time for shifts, that ensures maximum coverage at key times of the day and week, you will also be required to manage your own holiday planning for yourself first come first serve basis.
• To be aware of your surroundings, approach every customer and go the extra mile when required.
• You will be required to ensure that your personal targets are met.
• Store procedures and regulations are followed, directed by management are followed.
• Arranging merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria.
• Operate cash registers and close daily revenues.
• Update customer information in database.
• Maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store.
• Deal with complaints in a patient and helpful manner.
• Provide information and other services such as returns of merchandise.
