One of the UK's premier Facilities Management (FM) providers now looking for a Minor Works Manager to lead small projects across their prestigious banking contract, which spans across the client's retail and corporate national portfolio.
The employer already provide maintenance works across the contract, and are now looking to become more involved on Minor Works, and so are looking to recruit a self motivated and dynamic manager from a Minor Works or Project background to drive forward the growth of this team and the money generated.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a manager with a background in Minor works/small projects to advance their career and play a key role, for the UK's premier FM provider, on their key contract.
Actions will include:
- To perform survey and scoping works, developing Client brief into a working schedule of works.
- Produce project cost plans & work estimates.
- Project delivery & implementation, Handover & warranty management.
- Management of Minor Works Team with an aim to organically grow minor works activity and team service scope.
- Financial management of each project and full P&L responsibility.
- To ensure that all works undertaken are completed to employer, Client, and good practice trade standards.
- To support the Engineering Lead in the implementation and delivery of projects & technical support services across the Client account in order to ensure high standard of service.
We need from you:
- An M&E background plus clear experience delivery Minor Works or small Projects
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £65,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
