Job description

The role is to support the Global Marketing Director & the Head of Content in the development & delivery of the marketing strategy for all COYA UK & Europe: London, Paris, Mykonos, Monte Carlo, Marbella and Barcelona.


The role involves, but is not limited to, PR agency management, brand partnerships, involvement in the organisation of COYA's renowned quarterly parties, website management and owning & developing the e-newsletter strategy.

The ideal Marketing Executive will have or be confident with:


  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a marketing role
  • Experience of working within hospitality luxury brands
  • Assist with planning of COYA's global parties.
  • Management of the COYA website to ensure all information is up-to-date and all content is engaging and on brand.
  • Help to increase covers and bookings through luxury brand partnerships, PR stunts and other collaborations.
  • Work with graphic designers and printers to create printed and digital collateral to
  • support marketing campaigns
  • Ensure correct distribution of marketing collateral and tools to every COYA site, be a brand guardian for COYA in UK & Europe
  • Drive the brand's profile through increasing newsletter sign-ups, click throughs and developing the content.
  • Assisting with and managing of photoshoots
  • Administration of PR coverage, trips, journalist enquiries and related tasks
  • A keen interest in the food scene
  • A team player with a can-do attitude who thrives on delivering to tight deadlines.
  • Well presented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
