Marketing Executive

Contract Type - Permanent
39 hours per week

Employment Type - Full Time

Our Support Office a modern office located close to Old Street and Barbican in central London. This friendly open plan office houses several of the key support functions including Sales, Human Resources, Marketing and Central Revenue. Conveniently located with great transport links the office is the London base for the back office functions of Guoman and Thistle.



The Role

Planning â—‹ Support of the overall brand & marketing strategy and annual plan in line with commercial plans and targets ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and budget. â—‹ Planning of local marketing activities for hotels and B2B business â—‹ Planning and strategy of content Ownership of marketing newsletter and department news sharing â—‹ Planning of B2B marketing calendar Managing â—‹ Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and marketing efforts â—‹ Develop & lead on brand projects & promotional campaign calendar . â—‹ Manage hotel-based advertising, both print & digital â—‹ Liaising with multi departments within the business â—‹ Management of internal business marketing campaigns supporting business initiatives centred on staff and charities. â—‹ Conduct analysis of guest review data to understand the needs and attitudes of our guests â—‹ Maintain awareness of competitor activity and the factors influencing the hotel industry â—‹ Work closely with members of the hotel management & commercial team to identify marketing opportunities & priorities â—‹ Liaise with the Brand Marketing Manager to ensure consistency of message and inclusion of activities into the wider integrated marketing plan â—‹ Managing the relevant marketing costs in line with budget expectations â—‹ Develop a good working relationship & day to day management of our agency partners Reporting â—‹ Accountable for targeted KPIs â—‹ Collating, reporting and analysing of campaigns Role reports into Brand Marketing Manager
