About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a strategically important area of our business as a Shopper Marketing Graduate within our commercial channel taking ownership for some of our key wholesale accounts. With a history of successful activations such as the Pepsi Max Taste Challenge/ Pepsi Max Football, Robinsons Fruit Creation Bar & Robinsons Ready to Drink - The Hundered Cricket Parternship. We are striving to create distinctiveness in our brands and interrupt how the shopper thinks.
Responsbilities:
The shopper marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting the Shopper Marketing Manager in implementing the Shopper Marketing strategy for the channel/Customer, bringing our strategy to life across our brands within designated customers.
Working cross-functional with the shopper marketing and commercial team, the Shopper Marketing Executive will take responsibility for delivering shopper activation within a key customer or channel, alongside taking ownership of aligned brand or project responsibilities across the shopper team, including development of our Sales toolkit. Developing a full understanding of Britvic brands’ strategy, positioning, performance and target, they will use creative and commercial acumen to implement exciting brand & portfolio activation plans to attract new shoppers, encourage existing consumers to buy Britvic brands on new occasions, build category value and enhance brand equity.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
1. Commercial / marketing background within an FMCG and/or a relevant degree.
2. Experience of shopper marketing process would be an advantage and we would expect suitable candidates to have experience in managing customer relationships.
