If you’re looking to switch to a career as a Performance Support Coach, the good news is that you don’t need previous experience. We can help you develop the skills needed to be a great coach, but what we need from you is the passion and drive to inspire others in your area of expertise. That’s why your professional experience matters more to us and the careers of our learners. This unique opportunity will help you guide a number of promising apprentices through the difficulties of practical learning and academic performance, while providing one-on-one support through your experience in tax or accountancy to foster their talent.
