Marketing Executive

The Role
This is a remote working role with travel to sites within the UK. Reporting to the Product Marketing Manager.
The purpose of this role is to support the development and execution of marketing plans and plays a key role in delivering against marketing activity calendars.
Key areas of responsibility
A typical day in your role will involve:
- Creating marketing briefs and working with the studio team to deliver marketing assets that reflect brand and marketing objectives
- Managing packaging requirements, instruction manuals, POS production and sales support documentation
- Upkeeping online sales support tools such as Pixsell and communicating any updates and improvements across the business
· Copywriting and proof-reading marketing materials such as brochures, leaflets and proposals
· Working closely with the design function to develop and update brand assets e.g. stationary, image libraries and brand guidelines. Ensuring they are shared appropriately and used across the business
· Database management including updating, tracking and analysing as required
· Supporting the co-ordination and delivery of trade shows, events and photoshoots
· Working closely with external partners to ensure timely delivery against requirements
· Supporting the creation of best-in class B2B assets e.g. online content, case studies, product sheets
· Use internal and 3rd party data and insight to continually track, evaluate and report on the impact of key marketing campaigns.
· Creating and collating a monthly marketing activity report to share within the business from a product & digital point of view
· Collating key internal business activities and reporting the PR agency on a monthly basis
· Working on a clear brief from members of the product or marketing team, creating, gathering, analysing and reporting market research and internal research
· Organising product focus groups and reporting outcomes
· Playing a key role in setting up the ways of working that will best deliver our brand and marketing objectives, e.g. internal and external meetings, collating and sharing information across teams and partners
· Acting as support to the wider marketing team.
· Supporting and working with other business departments in creating and building a positive employee-company relationship
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
· Has at least 2 years’ experience in marketing and is able to demonstrate knowledge and application of the planning and organisation associated with managing brands and marketing initiatives.
· Has excellent communication skills including verbal, copywriting, and is a competent proof-reader
· Strong organisational and co-ordination skills, with creative flair, proficient data management skills, and the ability to prioritise own workload effectively
· Passionate about our creative vision, values, and content and possess the attitude to support the collective goals, no matter how small the task
· Self-motivated and proactive, a clear sense of urgency and desire to make things happen. Comfortable operating autonomously as required, but seek guidance when needed
· Competent use of Adobe creative cloud applications would be beneficial but not essential
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £24,000.00 per year
