About the Role

As a Marketing Executive, you will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, playing a pivotal role in enhancing our customers' journey and driving effective marketing strategies. You'll have the opportunity to work in a small, agile team that values your unique skills and perspectives. By taking charge of the strategic development and implementation of our marketing plans, you'll be instrumental in elevating brand awareness and fuelling our growth through increased engagement and recognition.

You’ll work remotely, with attendance at key company events and exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our team to create comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our goals. Dive into market research to identify target audiences, trends, and competitor activities. Use data-driven insights to optimise campaigns and ensure they align with our brand objectives.
  • Plan, implement, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, print, and events. Your creativity will shine as you craft engaging content for marketing materials and analyse campaign performance for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure our brand messaging and visual identity remain consistent across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Take charge of our digital initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising. Stay on the cutting edge of digital marketing trends and technologies to drive innovation and maximise campaign effectiveness.
  • Plan and coordinate marketing events, from exhibitions to conferences and customer engagement activities.
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour. Utilise data analytics tools to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Map customer journeys, identify pain points, and develop data driven strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.

Personal Attributes and Experience

  • Proven experience of at least 2 years in marketing.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand management, and campaign execution.
  • Proficient in marketing platforms, such as Mailchimp and Google Analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, and comfortable building good working relationships with a range of cross functional stakeholders.
  • An adaptable and change embracing mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £25,000.00 per year
