Marketing Executive – Salary £ 30,000 to £ 36,000

We currently have an exciting short-term opportunity for someone who is already in or looking to get into marketing to work within our Workplace Marketing team as a Marketing Executive, supporting a Propositions Development programme.
A bit about the job:
As a member of our marketing team, you’ll bring the new proposition developments to life with the campaigns and marketing activities you deliver. From digital communications to integrated multi-channel campaigns; sales support material to marketing communications, you’ll be contributing to achieving our commercial and brand objectives.
To do this, you’ll ideally need to have experience of direct and intermediary channels, and you’ll be adept at creating great customer-focused content so that you can execute marketing-led activity with impact.
We need someone who’s used to working hand-in-hand with technical, compliance and product teams, and who understands the importance of delivering impact and measuring results. You’ll also need to be creative and curious. And we want somebody who’s willing to test out and try new marketing approaches to find what works, rather than accepting the standard way of doing things.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Ideally experience in delivering B2B and B2B2C marketing activities
- Good understanding of customer behaviours through data and insight
- Must be creative and lateral thinking ability to think outside the box
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Good negotiating, influencing and stakeholder management
