Position Summary
The EMEA MP Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing function within Motive Power Global, coordinating the development, execution, and production of marketing materials, campaigns, events, and other activities in accordance with business needs and KPIs. This role will support the EMEA Sales, Product Management and Service teams with localized content and materials. The EMEA Marketing Coordinator will proactively collaborate with global Marketing and Sales teams, other internal stakeholders, as well as external agencies and service providers.

Marketing Coordination
(internal & external)
Coordinates marketing materials, media campaigns, events and other activities by managing development processes, timelines - tracking project progress, approvals and budget information using departmental systems. (SmartSheet & Monday.com). Responsible for developing, updating and maintaining marketing materials in conjunction with Sales, Service and Product Management teams. Responsible for localizing globally and regionally developed content and materials for the EMEA market.
Product / Promotional Inventory & Maintenance
Promotional inventory maintenance via our EMEA online portal and management through related vendor(s). Maintains collateral and other materials on website(s) and other internal online properties.
Event Coordination & Support
Attend and provide coordination with internal stakeholders and external providers in support of marketing-led events (tradeshows, meetings, customer events) to ensure execution and delivery of products, materials, displays, and other items, on time and within budget (Monday.com).
Qualification and Experience
5+ years’ experience working within a hands-on Marketing role.
Experience in industrial markets, material handling, robotics or floor care are preferable.
Experience collaborating with global teams and working digitally with geographically-distributed teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field, or equivalent professional certification.
Excellent spoken and written English. At least one major European language (German, French, Italian, Spanish or Polish would be preferable).
Experience in all aspects of coordinating and delivering marketing materials, communications and event assets.
Strong attention to detail with good software learning skills. Proficiency with programs, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.
The candidate must be comfortable communicating via online platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom, etc. Ability and willingness to learn new tools as needed (SmartSheet, Monday.com, SharePoint, SalesForce, LanguageWire, Presto etc.)
