BASIC SALARY: £22,000 – £25,000

LOCATION: This is a hybrid role with the head office in Banbury. We ask that you work from the office a minimum of 3 days a week, preferably 4.
COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Banbury, Northampton, Royal Leamington Spa, Stratford-upon-Avon, Towcester, Bicester

JOB DESCRIPTION: Marketing Assistant
Reporting into our Marketing Manager, you’ll be encouraged to think outside of the box and use your creativity to bring new ideas to the table. A typical day will consist of:
- Implementation of the Marketing Strategy and Sales Development Plans as well as supporting the team across all online and offline projects.
- Being proactive on our social media platforms – monitoring, uploading, reacting and replying to posts to build our social media and online presence.
- Being proactive on internal marketing to enhance our culture and well-being initiatives, taking an active part in our social committee, collaborating with our charity partners, promoting and supporting Project75 internally and to external stakeholders.
- Supporting the Marketing Manager and working alongside them to ensure the smooth running of the department.
Person Specification – Marketing Assistant

- Have studied Marketing or have experience of working in a similar role.
- Be able to demonstrate a time where you’ve put your hand up to volunteer to get stuck into a project.
- Have knowledge of all social media channels – we want you to be open to trying new things, challenging the status quo and doing something that makes us stand out from the crowd!
