Title: Marketing Coordinator (Enterprise Company)

Duration: 12+ months
This Marketing team partners with licensees to deliver world-class campaigns, helping each licensee successfully create/execute go-to-market plans that build brand awareness, engage consumers, and drive conversions through thoughtful brand storytelling, data-driven insights, and creative innovation all grounded in a consumer-centric integrated marketing approach. Working with the Sr. Manager, Marketing, you will work on assigned titles within the companies Games business. The Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in coordinating schedules, details, and deliverables across all assigned titles and is collaborative, organized, and creative. Support the Sr. Manager, Marketing in providing insightful guidance/feedback and routing/managing approvals for go-to-market plans, assets, and activations with licensees. Oversee the routing/approvals of assets and plans with licensees and internal teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, PR, Franchise, and Legal) to secure alignment/feedback/approvals on all major marketing deliverables. Create and maintain asset management tools/directories to track/coordinate deliverables. Coordinate all asset deliveries and ensure on-time deliverables for assigned titles. Draft and distribute guidance, updates, and protocols pertaining to assigned titles. Coordinate with regional teams on incoming/outgoing requests/approvals.
Develop knowledge of KPIs, common marketing strategies/tactics, and programs. Learn appropriate benchmarks and goals across greater marketing channels/campaigns. Become a strong brand steward for company brands to deliver on-brand marketing and creative. Foster relationships with both licensee and internal teams throughout the company.
Basic Qualification:
- 5+ years of Marketing experience (preferably within the gaming industry)
- Experience in brand management, product marketing, user acquisition, or social/community
- Experience analyzing data and extrapolating insights
- Demonstrated project management skills and familiarity with project management tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in or passion for the gaming industry
- MS-Office, Google Suite, Box, Favro, Air table and/or Jira Exp
Soft Skills:
- Detail oriented, excellent communication skills, ability to track and document action items with the ability to follow up post stakeholder mtgs., take detailed notes, priorities management, leverage cross functional teams to deliver action items within a set timeframe, adapt and solve business needs independently.
- Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
