What is the Opportunity?
The Coordinator, Email Marketing (Operations) works closely with key stakeholders to meet RCM’s operational objectives with effective, easy-to-understand email communication materials. This role oversees operational email calendars and timelines, supports ongoing projects, writes, and edits content for internal and external audiences – including but not limited to letters, e-mails, web and intranet content.
This role will focus on developing effective and easy-to-understand communication assets, ensuring that materials reflect the RCM’s brand guidelines.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Write, review, and edit operations-related content for websites, portals, e-mails, chat, newsletters and other mediums for RCM Certificate Program communications with customers including teachers, parents, and students.
- Identify and resolve any issues with online content in a timely and professional manner.
- Track, monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies.
- Proofread and edit various operations publications authored by other staff members.
- Coordinate production of print materials.
- Monitor and respond to the RCM Certificate Program’s operational social media and online customer inquiries.
- Ensure that all communication materials meet the RCM’s brand identity and strategy.
- Liaise with graphic design, IT, and other department heads.
- Perform other role-relevant duties as required.
Job Requirements:
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism or communications, or combination of equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of related experience in roles that support communications.
- Proven experience supporting customer service initiatives with empathy and tact.
- Demonstrated experience and creativity to support effective communications.
- Excellent time management skills with strong ability to plan to meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; the ability to communicate in a second language would be an asset (i.e. verbal and/or written skills in French, Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean).
- Motivated self-starter.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- The ability to learn quickly, multi-task, and make sound judgments in a fast-paced working environment.
- Technologically savvy with an excellent understanding of Microsoft Office 365.

Salary Range
- $40,000 - $50,000 per annum.
