Report Commercial Director

Overview Support the Commercial Director and Senior Leadership Team leading on a range of people focused strategies and support of our people across the company

Salary Package £45 - 60k + benefits pro rata (access to global gold standard in leadership development and coach training programmes, pension) + generous company bonus scheme. Annual leave that increases with length of service.

Two days paid volunteering days pro rata where you can donate your time to a charity of your choice..

This role is fully remote however, if you wish, you can join one of the monthly in person team meetings which happen in London. Global Role

You will be responsible for an extraordinarily exciting time in the company’s history as we take on the world leaders in our sector.

As HR Business Partner, we would like you to be bring your expertise to:

  • Discussing business strategies, HR challenges and HR plans with senior management and key stakeholders to support the business growth strategy
  • Supporting our leaders in recruiting the top talent
  • Playing a leading role in enabling an interdependent place to work
  • Working with management in their business area to make sure employees have the skills and resources they need to achieve their objectives
  • Developing plans for recruitment, training, restructuring, retention and succession and supporting relevant staff implement them.
  • Oversight and execution of the end-to-end employee life cycle
  • Coaching Line Managers on ways to motivate their employees and lead more effectively
  • Analysing human resource metrics and comparing results to key performance indicators

About you:

· a HR Business Partner (likely CIPD Qualified level 5) with prior business HR experience. Ideally someone with a broad knowledge of employment legislation and practise and experience in supporting leaders recruit the top talent.

· Someone with strong academic results and great generalist HR experience.

· Someone who understands the needs of employees at all levels of the business, even if you do not work closely with them.

· Someone with a pleasant, approachable personality and work well as part of a team

· Someone who is looking for fully flexible working hours that will both fit around your commitments and also support the business as the need arises.

· Be comfortable to work autonomously, or as part of a team; bringing in outside HR knowledge as appropriate and updating senior stakeholders on key points or issues

· A good communicator with sound interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication, you can influence business stakeholders and develop strong relationships.

· Able to produce clear and concise advice or documents, be a good listener, be a collaborative team member and to offer leadership or ideas when required.

· Someone with integrity, professionalism and trustworthiness.

You will be able to evidence:

  • Relationship management, especially at managerial and stakeholder levels
  • Business management, including leadership, financial management and strategic planning
  • Verbal and written communication, including active listening, for determining business goals and suggesting ways to achieve them through human resource initiatives
  • Logic, analytics and problem-solving for evaluating business metrics and determining ways to improve results
  • Comprehensive understanding of employment laws, including inclusion and diversity programmes
  • Comprehensive understanding of the industry and business trends

Responsibilities

You will be impactful, build strong relationships and bring a positive, pragmatic decision-making focus, balancing common sense with a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment. You will demonstrate careful attention to detail, the ability to plan and prioritise, ensuring key tasks are carried out in a timely manner, bringing clarity and structure to assist others. You will be comfortable in multi-tasking, in questioning and finding solutions, advising and supporting colleagues from across the business.

Experience working with culture development, training or coaching businesses market not essential but highly valued.
