About the role
We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Guinness Homes Sales & Marketing Team.
This is an exciting time to be joining us, as we are currently working on a new overall brand for Guinness Homes that is dynamic, inspiring, aspirational, and reflective of our ambitious future development pipeline, to establish us a market leading developer of high-quality new homes.
We are looking for a data-driven Marketing Coordinator and are keen to hear from people who are passionate and experienced in supporting marketing campaigns and administrative tasks such as: gathering and recording marketing data, producing marketing material, website copywriting and assisting with compiling market reports – all to support our overall Marketing Strategy.
This is a permanent opportunity based in our office in Bristol – Aztec West, we currently operate hybrid working, where you’ll work 2 days per week in the office and 3 days remotely.
About you
You will have experience of working in a marketing or administrative environment, ideally in the field of New Build Residential Property sales.
You will support the overall marketing strategies for individual property developments, working with the Marketing Consultants to launch our homes online in an accurate and timely manner, in the pursuit of successful off-plan sales.
Support the team by maintaining our live properties on the Guinness Homes website and the various property portals (such as Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket, Share To Buy), showcasing our developments to the best possible effect. Assisting to deliver marketing strategies incorporating both traditional and digital campaigns.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will on occasion support the design and creation of documents, presentations, marketing materials, corporate publications and digital media including infographics, photography, and videos.
You will assist in the delivery of market trend analysis reports by providing accurate Management Information and data driven insights on our customers (demographical data, lead data), competitors, and areas of delivery.
Work alongside the marketing team by assisting with purchase order management and processing, along with supplier compliance management - to ensure marketing operations continue without unnecessary delay.
You will record the results of marketing activities and assist in making recommendations for future improvements, with the aim of supporting the Marketing Manager in optimising marketing channels.

Essential Skills / Experience:
- Experience of working in a marketing environment or experience working as an administrator supporting a Marketing Team.
- Experience of managing multiple / complex projects at one time.
- Proven experience of delivering effective, high quality digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office including advanced Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables).
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and working effectively with others in a complex and dynamic environment.
- Experience of composing external customer aimed communications.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Ability to take the initiative and lead on projects.
- Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours.
Essential Qualifications:
- Education to A Level standard or equivalent.
