The Clinica is Toronto's Contemporary Beauty Clinic. Combining cutting-edge aesthetic technologies with a beauty clubhouse atmosphere, we deliver result-driven treatments and a delightful experience. We're seeking a Content Creator & Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
What you will be doing:
-Own all social media accounts of The Clinica. Create the best possible content for our community. Always chase the latest trend and growth tactics on each platform, and keep our accounts the most relevant.
-Be responsible for The Clinica's social media performance. Drive excellent follower growth, engagement rate, and conversion rate.
-Arrange, film and edit content. Need to visit our clinics for filming regularly and coordinate with clinic staff.
-Assist in the communication between marketing team and clinics, external agencies, influencers and media.
-Assist in the marketing campaigns. Organize campaign resources. Track, measure and report marketing results.
-Answering social media messages when needed.
You should have:
-Natural and comfortable in front of the camera. You will be participating in various content formats, like Reels, Stories, Lives, TikTok and YouTube.
-1+ years of experience in content creation and marketing, preferably at a B2C beauty or retail company.
-Good understanding of social media, paid ads, and influencer marketing.-Excellent video-making and editing skills. Copywriting and graphic design skills are a plus.
