Avaliable Job Today Our Customer Service Team is looking for additional support in order to manage both internal and external customer requirements in a professional , timely and efficient manner.
Your main responsibilities
- You are the first point of contact for our customers and help them with any enquiry
- As part of the customer service team you are providing support via telephone, electronic message and post to our clients
- You are processing and invoicing orders independently
- You will be responsible to handle complaints and returns
- In close collaboration with the Customer Service Specialist you will assist with general administration tasks
What we are looking for
- You ideally have first working experience in Administration, preferred in Customer Service
- Your skills in Microsoft Office are well-developed; SAP preferred
- Willingness to support the whole team is in your nature
- You are confident in communicating professional at all levels
- In your daily work you demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness
- Furthermore you are able to prioritise workload efficiently
