Job Title: Real Estate Marketing Coordinator
Location: In-Office, Rancho Santa Fe. This position is a mix of in-office and field work. Only applicants able to come into the office will be considered.
Reports to: Principal Broker
Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year, paid time off, and health insurance.

Who we’re looking for:
The Real Estate Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for advancing the community and customer experience of our real estate team through online and traditional marketing to grow the company’s market share in San Diego County. This position requires interaction with our marketing, customer service, operations, sales, and technology teams to ensure that our website, social media, collateral, and other communications accurately reflect our brand. Our ideal candidate is full of ideas about how to brand us better and market properties; be ready to share and execute those ideas. The candidate will be responsible for applying and supervising lead generation budgets, existing subscriptions, and developing tactics using the most up-to-date market data.

You’ll be given the opportunity to use your knowledge and skills by executing marketing campaigns on multiple platforms while helping to create and track traditional listing marketing.
Compensation:$45,000 - $70,000 yearly based on qualifications.
Responsibilities:- Oversee staging and listing photography. Coordinate staging materials, movers, and photographer so brochures are ready prior to listing. Use Matterport to create 3-D tours.
- Oversee an employee who is uploading and editing social media content to Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, as well as our website and the Multiple Listing Service.
- Monitor marketing campaigns to optimize incoming leads and then incorporate that feedback and results into our multiple platforms for better ROI.
- Plan and organize all team events, take photos, and then market on social media.
- Create, deliver, and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely.
- Oversee all new community launches and develop campaigns and signage to entice potential buyers.
- Manage website design, content, SEO development, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up-to-date and relevant.
- Excellent project management skills in planning seminars and delegating work.
- Lives in San Diego County- with a mix of in the field and in-office work.
- Exceptional research skills, with the ability to identify and understand target audiences.
- Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience required. Applicants with only some college experience will be considered.
- Develops innovative forward design concepts.
- Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude (especially about learning).
- Encourages and is open to innovative ideas and suggestions.
- Able to drive company car/truck within the county.
