Job Description
As a Marketing Assistant you'll be responsible for the following:
- Manage the admissions enquiry process, responding to website and telephone enquiries, and directing them to relevant staff members and teams.
- Act as the first point of contact for admissions enquiries, providing professional responses via email, social media, live chat, and telephone.
- Regularly monitor and maintain the enquiries database, providing updates to the Senior Management Team.
- Update and maintain content on the company's website, communicating the latest news, course information, activities, and campaigns.
- Report on website performance to the Head of Marketing & Communications.
- Manage the company's marketing event calendar, capitalising on local and national opportunities.
- Plan, develop, and manage high-profile events such as annual award ceremonies and industry-specific exhibitions.
- Support the Head of Marketing & Communications in planning and implementing digital campaigns to attract new customers, engage the target market, and generate enquiries.
- Assist the Content Marketing Assistant in maintaining external communications through e-shots, e-bulletins, newsletters, case studies, and social media channels.
- Adhere to relevant guidelines for marketing and advertising purposes.
- Support HR and other departments with external advertising.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines when necessary.
- Promote environmental practices within the company.
- Perform any other duties as requested by the Manager, as needed.
