Your mission
As a Marketing Lead, you will drive in building out the brand of the company and driving retail engagement with our platform and products across EU to acquire and retain customers

What you'll do

• Develop strategy to build brand and reputation of One Trading across EU
• Build the retail go to market strategy on new product launches and customer engagement
• Budget, track and execute marketing strategy
• Build out the affiliate network and other distribution channels
• Manage marketing content, blogs and other external facing venues
• Hire small team to assist in build out of marketing function

Who are you

• Hands on, detail orientated and driven by output
• Able to work creatively to optimise to budgets and maximise impact
• Good understanding of crypto markets and trading products
• Problem solver, ready to run through walls to get things over the line (this is not a 9-5 job)
• 5 years + experience building multi-channel marketing strategies for retail facing platforms / products
• Comfortable working in start-up Series A maturity company
