Overview:
Celent are looking for a hands-on Marketing Associate to build and execute campaigns through a cross-channel and multi-media approach. A successful candidate will have strong digital marketing and project management skills, with experience using CRM, e-mail marketing, marketing automation, social media, and other digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform and optimize day-to-day marketing activities including email campaigns, social media asset creation and scheduling, and website updates.
Work with key stakeholders and internal Design team to create and produce our marketing content and digital assets.
Manage campaign execution through target segmentation, data analytics, list management, and relationship management through our CRM system.
Producing marketing reports and KPIs for marketing campaigns, delivering back key insights and lessons learned from these initiatives.
Employ testing and tracking tools, leveraging services such as Google Analytics and Moz Analytics to improve our e-mail and web marketing results.
Develop fresh marketing e-mail strategies and best practices leveraging marketing automation tools.
Technical Skills:
Proven success in working with a CRM (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation systems (Pardot/Account Engagement preferred).
Advanced marketing analytics knowledge.
Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of marketing campaign experience
B2B experience in financial services, management consultancy and/or professional services environment is preferred
Experience producing and writing marketing content for different channels including PR, social media, and web
Project management and high-volume campaign scheduling experience
Skills and Attributes:
Flexible attitude, hard-working and results driven
Strong analytical and planning skills to assess performance of marketing efforts
Strong project manager able to work independently and in teams to create, manage, and meet deadlines
Excellent writing and verbal skills are essential
Ability to interact with people at all levels within the organization and part of a team in a collaborative fashion globally
