We are now looking for two Operations Assistants.
1 x 20 hours / 52 weeks – Permanent
1 x 20 hours / 52 weeks pro rota – fixed term for 6 months

You will be expected to deliver a professional cleaning service to all functions within the Operational Estates & Facilities Department.

- ABOUT YOU -
To be considered as an Operations Assistant, you will need:
- Previous cleaning or domestic experience in a workbased setting.
- Excellent customer service skills with previous experience of interacting with customers in a front facing service environment.
- Demonstrate the ability to understand and follow instructions, understanding the use of an established practice, procedure or techniques.
- Be strongly self-motivated and proactive in identifying cleaning requirements.
- Ability to work effectively as an individual, as part of a team and in partnership with others
- Ability and preparedness to work flexibly, which may include Saturdays, Sundays, bank holidays and out of normal office hours when required, on a rota system.
It would also be beneficial if you had:
- Good general level of education.
- Knowledge of COSHH
- Ability to communicate through the medium of Welsh – oral and written.
