Job description

The Role

As North Devon Homes’ PR & Marketing Coordinator you will have responsibility for establishing and managing the group’s marketing and communications activities. You will be responsible for setting standards for the quality, use and consistency of brand and communications for the group and the development and security of image, reputation and brand identity, including charitable and ethical branding placement. You will manage our reputation obligations across the group. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the imagery, branding and management of online, social media and digital channels.

The main responsibilities of the role are:

  • To develop and manage marketing, communications and PR strategies for the group in line with the Group’s Corporate Objectives and Vision.
  • To lead on the delivery of the communications strategy and its day-to-day implementation through the PR & Marketing Service Excellence Plan.
  • To act as the primary contact and co-ordinator for media enquiries and prepare draft press statements or respond to media requests as required.

About You

  • You will be looking to work for a supportive company delivering valuable services to the local community.
  • You will have a strong knowledge of digital marketing in particular website development, SEO and social media.
  • You will be experienced in both developing and writing stories and articles for publication to further the NDH brand.
  • You will be an excellent communicator who is able to advise on media/ branding at all levels and who is able to be the face of NDH for media enquiries.
