Internal Sales Administrator – Located at Head Office in Liverpool, L24

Basic salary of £25 – £28k p/a, plus on-target bonus

THE COMPANY:

QA Flooring Solutions Ltd. is a dynamic company specialising in flooring solutions to suit every application and budget; and we manufacture and distribute flooring ranges and fitting accessories across the globe. When we started, the flooring market suffered from a lack of innovation, low trade margins and poor customer service. From the outset, we challenged that – and we still do.

Due to continual company growth, we are now looking for an Internal sales Administrator to provide sales support to our external Business Development Managers.

THE ROLE:

Working in partnership with a field sales rep, you will be the main internal contact for many important customers. You will be responsible for developing highly effective, long-term relationships with priority customers on a daily/weekly basis, generating qualified appointments for your field sales team and following up customer visits with samples or quotations.

You will be required to prepare activity reports, process orders and be responsible for regularly updating the internal CRM system to ensure client data is accurate, well maintained and up to date. You will also gather relevant information to produce key business intelligence reports and communicate the findings with the sales team.

You will:

· Be a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Have effective organisational and time management skills and be proficient in IT programs such as Excel, Word and Outlook.

· Possess a strong desire for success and be committed to do the work necessary to achieve results.

· Be a self-disciplined, confident decision maker who takes full responsibility for their own performance, but also possess a willingness to help and work as part of a team.

· Be resilient with a positive ‘can do’ attitude to your job.

· Be able to build rapport and relationships with ease and be confident in communicating with all levels of potential customers.

· Be a committed team player, taking personal pride in operating effectively and efficiently in all areas of responsibility and have a desire to take on further responsibilities within the business.

· Have familiarity with sales targets – being able to hit agreed targets, and where possible, exceed them.

· Have experience using a CRM or similar enterprise system.

· Possess a well-honed sense of urgency and attention to detail.
