Job description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to support our Moxies marketing team in implementing strategic marketing initiatives. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in executing marketing campaigns, managing projects, and assisting with various marketing activities. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively will contribute to the overall success of our marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to achieve brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth goals.- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, content creation, and traditional advertising.
- Monitor and track campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the marketing team.
- Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, target audiences, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather marketing materials, content, and assets needed for campaigns and promotions.
- Assist in the creation and editing of marketing collateral, such as brochures, advertisements, website content, and social media posts.
- Work with the central Social Media & Communications team to support the management of social media accounts, including assisting with content scheduling, engagement monitoring, and community management.
- Coordinate and liaise with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and services.
- Help manage marketing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring accurate financial records.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and promotional activities.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in a marketing or related role. Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a good grasp of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, such as email marketing platforms, content management systems, and social media management tools.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, interacting with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of project management principles and tools is a plus.
