The HR Business Partner (HRBP) supports the provision of an effective HR transactional service to the business, assisting with all HR activities, and ensuring consistent advice and guidance is provided to managers and employees in line with Company policies, procedures, and processes.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide generalist, complex HR advice and/or support as required ensuring advice is professional, commercial, and focused on the business requirements as well as legislation.
- Contribute and help drive through continuous innovation improvements to processes and systems to reduce administration and improve sustainability of the function by documenting key processes and GDPR compliance.
- Deliver HR services that align with the strategy in line with the HR roadmap/plans which contribute to departmental priorities and support overall business performance.
- Ensure that Company HR processes and policies are updated and implemented, providing insight regarding operational requirements where necessary ensuring they meet the needs of the business and local legislation.
- Work with the HR team, Shared Services and Payroll Provider (Alight) to deliver monthly payroll, benefits, and expat comms
Ideal Candidate:
- HR experience (5+ years) preferably in Manufacturing sectors, or Energy industry.
- Educated to Degree level preferably with full CIPD membership.
- Deep knowledge and expertise in handling complex disciplinary, investigations and appeals procedures to deliver autonomously and guide managers and colleagues.
- In-depth understanding of the UK legislation and Company and Group HR policies & procedures.
- Solution and results driven with strong interpersonal skills.
- Well-developed influencing and communication skills preferably involving working with unions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and skilled in working within complex matrix organisations.
- Evidence of continuing professional development within HR.
- Flexible and agile attitude in rapidly changing priorities and growing environment.
- SAP payroll and or Successfactor knowledge preferable.
- Demonstrable high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
