Job description
We are seeking a talented Group Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team and support our Marketing Manager in all aspects of marketing, material, content, and strategy for all our sites under Longbow Bars & Restaurants.
Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to;
· Maintaining a strong brand image for our company
· Managing and updating our online presence, including social media platforms
· Collaborating with local publications to manage content, editorials, and analyse their effectiveness
· Keeping up with industry trends and implementing them into our business
· Identifying sales opportunities and integrating Longbow into the local market, including attending networking events
· Developing offers, events, and marketing strategies and briefing operational teams on these initiatives
· Creating internal point-of-sale materials and working with our branding agency on all printed materials, such as menus
Preferred candidates will have relevant experience in marketing or sales, with exposure and understanding of the hospitality industry being highly beneficial. Strong literacy skills, a modern vision, and a proven track record of success are also desirable qualities.
This is a 30-hour per week position with flexible working hours. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required. We offer an excellent salary and a range of company perks.
