An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic Customer Business Support team and play a key role in supporting and enhancing Liberty Wines visual and written content and communications.
You will be responsible for producing engaging and informative marketing materials and product information such as tasting booklets, point of sale materials, technical information, and web content. You will manage internal and external communications such as vintage change notifications and the fine wine list and support with press gatherings, awards and competition entries.
In addition, you will co-ordinate customer trip itineraries and producer visits in collaboration with the Brand Management team.
About You
- Positive, pro-active person with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Keen eye for detail and highly organised.
- Adept at managing several projects at once with proven experience of meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good level of wine knowledge, minimum to WSET Level 2.
- Proficiency in Adobe software, Mailchimp and Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
- Languages such as Italian, French, Portuguese or Spanish are beneficial.
