Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Part-Time Marketing Coordinator. As a Part-Time Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting marketing efforts and ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. This is a part-time position requiring approximately 5 - 10 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
Content Creation and Copywriting: Create engaging and compelling marketing content, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and website copy.
Social Media Management: Assist in managing social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and engagement with the audience.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitor activities. Provide insights to support marketing strategies.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor marketing campaign performance, track key metrics, and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Collateral Development: Assist in the creation and management of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, sales materials, and promotional items.
Event Coordination: Support the planning and coordination of marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and product launches.
Brand Management: Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all marketing materials and channels.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in a marketing or communications role, with a focus on digital marketing and campaign execution.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems (CMS), and email marketing tools.
Basic knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing analytics.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in graphic design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, is a plus.
A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
