Job Description:
Envisage Management Limited is looking for a call center representative to perform customer service and sales. You will be working in a high-volume environment to provide top-notch service to our customers. Our ideal candidate is an outgoing person with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage large volume of incoming calls
- Schedule appointments with customers
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Answer customer inquiries and provide relevant information
- Process customer transactions including sales, service, and returns
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Skills:
- Proven work experience as a call center representative, server or other related role is a plus but not required
- Solid knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices is a must; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver messages with confidence
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 28 per week
Salary: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
