Job description

This position will work in a collaborative environment to execute project deliverables with defined timelines and expectations. The ideal candidate will have a mix of communication, project management, and research skills.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the organization’s overall corporate communications and marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Drive the development, writing and editing of content, including articles, blogs, social media posts, websites, proposals, and branded collateral for both internal and external audiences.
- Demonstrate knowledge of social and digital media platforms as well as tools involved in production and project management
- Assist with digital media campaigns
- Perform research to guide marketing campaigns
- Assist in tracking of data and providing ongoing reports
- Prioritize, organize and accomplish tasks assigned
- Utilize creative and alternative thinking skills to develop ideas and answers to work-related problems
- Execution of defined marketing plans
- Prepare internal and external marketing activities
- Assist with special projects and proofing
- Support the team's overall marketing activities (content creation, editorial calendars, email campaigns, social media management, website optimization, developing creative campaigns, digital analytics reports, and more)
- Participate in other activities as requested

Education & Experience
- Strong preference given to candidates with marketing and communications experience with a degree in a marketing, communication, or other relevant major at an accredited college/university, with a 3.0+ GPA
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word
