Handle are excited to be working with a leading UK music label. They're seeking a stand-out marketing assistant who is a communicative team player who works efficiently and proactively with colleagues, showing initiative and enthusiasm. The ideal candidate should be capable of working autonomously and making decisions while managing a busy and demanding workload.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the coordination of all marketing assets and circulating them to relevant internal and external teams.
- Handling general administrative duties, including invoice processing, expenses, credit card payments, and statements..
- Working closely with the marketing team to set up releases at retail and D2C.
- Scheduling meetings and coordinating diaries efficiently.
- Organising and attending team, artist planning, and label meetings.
- Managing and circulating label release schedules, communicating any changes to the wider team.
- Preparing and sending regular, weekly project updates for all active projects, highlighting key performance stats and milestones.
- Creating artist presentations, decks, and one-sheets.
- Coordinating, booking, and facilitating creative video and photo shoots.
- Researching projects across social and new media platforms and general artist projects.
- Collaborating with the digital team to monitor project performance using internal data tools. Additionally, you will liaise with digital teams to stay updated on digital and DSP developments.
- Managing label events.
- Assisting with the audio and video delivery process.
- Understanding and adhering to set budgets.
- Ability to work with the marketing manager and the rest of the team to identify, devise, and implement new systems to ensure smooth label operations.
