Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly talented and creative individual to join our team. The Marketing Assistant position will give the successful applicant a unique opportunity to become an important member of the marketing team and gain valuable experience working for one of the largest and most respected visual effects and computer animation studios in Europe.
The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of, a genuine interest in, and a passion for the film, TV and advertising industries. You will be an integral member of the marketing team, working to deliver standout content and engaging campaigns for our stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Planning and maintaining content calendars
Prepping & posting materials for all communications and channels
Manage effective reporting processes on social media activity
Pulling together the weekly internal newsletter
Coordinating press interviews and pulling together materials
Coordinating materials for speaking engagements
Helping to supply media and format presentations
Coordination of some staff & client social events
- A keen eye for detail with excellent copywriting skills
An understanding of the social media landscape, taking great pride in keeping up to date with best practices and trends
Good knowledge of Photoshop, Keynote, PowerPoint, Adobe creative suite, Excel
Must have the ability to learn and adapt quickly
Strong organisational skills
Effective communicator at all levels, with the ability to build good relationships both internally and externally
Willingness to effectively participate as a full member of a team demonstrating a positive and enthusiastic approach
Able to work on own initiative
Ability to take and deliver on a brief
Relevant qualification or similar at Level 3 or above
