Marketing Coordinator
Scope: The position reports to the Vice President to provide marketing and sales support to our online and traditional reseller partners and our sales organization. This position ensures all materials, reseller catalogues, databases, images, set up forms and
FBG/reseller web content are accurate.
Key Responsibilities: (subject to change as needed)
1. Online Channels, 3rd party a. Ensure all web content is optimized with engaging copy, images and videos b. Coordinate advertising campaigns within assigned budgets, report on results and recommend new programs as needed c. Setup new items and new trading partners as needed
2. Online Channels FBG site a. In addition to the above, ensure i. Content integrity ii. Functionality iii. Updates (content and functionality) iv. Monitor competitors’ websites and report on activities/changes and recommend action
3. Social Media a. Develop for approval then implementation plans to increase awareness to and create demand for our key brands and key products b. Report on analysis of results and recommend further actions
4. OP Channel a. Identify potential Marketing and Sales opportunities to increase profitable sales: b. Build brand awareness within existing reseller base i. Using traditional (catalogue and flyer/field) customer marketing tools

1. Identify promotional opportunities, execute profitable sales/promotions to drive top line revenues and create/increase product & brand awareness
2. Monitor and document competitors marketing and promotional activities-recommend action plans to mitigate risks

Qualifications
- University degree in a related business field, preferably in Digital Marketing
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar support role
- Excellent communication skills in both oral and writing
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
- Detail oriented
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word; Adobe, Photoshop, illustrator
- Ability to collaborate with a team and work autonomously
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12-18 months
Salary: $50,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
Flexible Language Requirement:

Education:
