Brand Marketing Coordinator
As the Brand Marketing Coordinator, you will ensure a consistent brand image and Tone Of Voice for the UGG Global Brand across the EMEA region. You will act as an advocate, educating cross-functional stakeholders about the brand’s promise and values, and ensuring all key stakeholders are aligned with seasonal and brand strategy.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of digital and online marketing channels, strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills and awareness of the latest online and social media trends.
Your Impact
- Overseeing agency production of organic social content calendar and biweekly optimisation of calendar based on content performance against seasonal KPIs.
- Oversee agency approach to community management through weekly check-ins.
- Support creative & content manager with organic social & content reporting
- Responsible for PO creation and ensuring monthly invoices are received and process in a timely manner.
- Lead creation of EMEA toolkits for all key stories with sign off from creative & content manager.
- Support creative & content manager to create locally relevant edits of global campaign content.
- Support creative & content manager with regional content production.
- Work with global product marketing team to ensure EMEA needs are fed into global shot-lists.
- Partner with cross functional stakeholders to ensure copy being rolled out in region is aligned with global Tone Of Voice.
- Play an active role in building out always on social media strategies & seasonal social media plans.
Who You Are
- You have a natural creative ability and are commercially aware of the latest trends
- A team player and collaborator
- You have thorough organisational and planning abilities
- A confident communicator with copywriting skills
We would Love to Hear from People with:
- Experience working on Brand Marketing, Social Media or Content in a fast-paced environment
- A University degree in a related field or experience in the fashion industry is beneficial
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
