Job Overview
The Clinical Program Marketing Coordinator supports the Clinical Marketing Strategy team in the day-to-day management of project requests, resource allocation, budgeting, invoicing, workload, and schedules. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for organizing and at times executing the tactical aspects of strategic marketing initiatives. This position is responsible for managing project plans/schedules in ClickUp, our project management tool, as well as working with the specialists and senior marketing strategists in project implementation plans and client input to ensure success and satisfaction. The Marketing Coordinator will ensure the appropriate delivery teams within marketing and communications are informed, involved, and engaged at the appropriate phase of each project.
They possess a broad understanding of client/account coordination, supporting the clinical marketing teams and their clients, helping them with project management, timely responses, and effective delivery of agreed upon expectations.
The equivalent role in an advertising/digital agency would be Account Coordinator or Project Coordinator.

Qualifications
- EDUCATION – Bachelor’s degree in copywriting, journalism, marketing, public relations, communications, English or a related field
- EXPERIENCE – One (1) year of experience relevant to the assigned discipline, in an agency, studio, marketing, healthcare, or corporate environment.
- Preferred qualification are:
- Strong project management skills and experience
- Adept in communicating essential information to appropriate marketing and communications resources
- Strong service mentality and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to multitask, work quickly and manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills
- Proficiency with relevant technology and software applications
- Professional work ethic and a team player
- Must demonstrate initiative and proactivity in seeking new opportunities and solutions
- Preferred qualification are:
- EQUIVALENCY – Professional experience, beyond requirements, in a related field may substitute for a Bachelor degree requirement on a year for year basis.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
An employee in this position may be called upon to do any or all of the following essential functions. These examples do not include all of the functions which the employee may be expected to perform.
- Coordination of projects from input to delivery
- Oversee intake process for Clinical Marketing Strategy team and assembles relevant team members for project vetting and planning
- Translate approved marketing requests into the project management tool
- Work with project owner and other project managers to keep projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes including in client meetings
- Facilitate and prepare for pre-sprint and sprint ceremonies on team member behalf, as well as facilitate ongoing process management with other project managers
- Proactively assess project risk by evaluating project milestones, capacity availability with other teams, requirements for launch, any impediments for successful implementation
- Support execution across relevant channels including web, mobile, social, direct, print, PR, etc.
- Build strong working relationships with all key stakeholders across the marketing and communications team and within the clinical focus areas
- Support special projects on an as needed basis

Salary Information
Hourly Salary Range: $26.95 to $40.43
