Marketing Coordinator

Full time / Permanent: 35 hours per week

Home working and occasional requirement to be in the charity’s Head Office in Bicester.

The Child Brain Injury Trust is creating a new role within the charity’s Fundraising and Marketing department in order to specifically service our marketing and communications. We are looking for an outstanding individual to join our small professional yet passionate team whose chief remit will be to support and deliver communications by running our day to day social media and action our external communications, provide marketing support to the charity’s departments, be a part of the team delivering our annual awareness-raising campaigns and create new offline marketing materials when needed.

This job role sits within a dual-function department which has responsibility for external marketing communications alongside corporate and individual fundraising outputs. It is therefore anticipated that this team member will provide marketing support for fundraising outputs as required.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Creative flair and approach to written and visual marketing materials
  • An ability to manage multiple projects with differing timelines
  • Outstanding communications skills with both low and high level external contacts
  • An ability to manage their own time with minimal supervision and be able to work at pace
