As Marketing Coordinator, you will be supporting the coordination, planning and execution of marketing campaigns. You will work closely with specialist departments, with a focus on the Fine Art, Collectables, and Asian Art categories. Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be part of the global marketing team, taking part in regular Marketing meetings at a global level. Other key internal partners will include Operations, Design and Press.
Marketing Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the implementation of marketing campaigns for auctions, liaising with specialist teams, our media agency and Design team.
- Coordinate on all integrated marketing activities as advised by the Senior Marketing Manager, including promotional and consignment marketing collateral and video, digital and email marketing.
- Coordinate the execution of eCRM campaigns on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Coordinate the production of online editorial content.
- Create marketing analytics reports for auction campaigns.
- Support the planning and production of print advertising on brand and on schedule.
- Support the planning and production of printed collaterals and on-site signage, on brand and on schedule, liaising with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain a close working relationship with key stakeholders and departments and keep ongoing knowledge of business goals.
- Assist with the coordination of Bonhams Social Media Channels as and when required.
- Assist on event production when required.
- Assist on photo and video shoots when required.
In addition to the tasks and responsibilities listed, you may be required to perform other duties as assigned by your Manager.

- Experience of managing online marketing campaigns, desirable
